About Havaron

Havaron Pte. Ltd. ("Havaron", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in Singapore. We provide FlowLens, a workforce intelligence product that monitors employee application usage and generates AI-powered workflow recommendations for organisations.

This document covers both our Privacy Policy (how we handle personal data) and our Terms of Service (the legal basis on which we provide FlowLens). Both apply to all customers, employees of customers, and visitors to havaronai.com.

References to "you" mean either the organisation admin who purchases FlowLens, an employee whose machine runs FlowLens, or a visitor to our website, depending on context.

02

What FlowLens Collects

FlowLens runs a background monitor on the employee's Windows machine. The following table describes exactly what is and is not captured:

Category What is recorded What is NOT recorded
Application focus Which application is in the foreground, and for how long Window title content, file names, document names
Mouse activity Click count per application per session Cursor position, click coordinates, what was clicked
Keyboard activity Whether typing occurred, duration of typing bursts Keystrokes, words typed, any content whatsoever
Clipboard A one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of clipboard content — used only to detect copy-paste patterns The actual clipboard text or data. The hash cannot be reversed.
Excel (Deep Dive) Sheet names visited, dwell time per sheet, rapid-click burst count Cell values, formulas, file contents, workbook name
Outlook (Deep Dive) Folder navigation patterns, compose/reply session durations, time in calendar vs. mail view Email subjects, recipients, sender names, email body
Identity Name, work email address, role, tools used (provided by employee during onboarding) Home address, personal email, phone number

Privacy by design: FlowLens captures patterns of work — not content. We cannot read what you typed, what you copied, what your spreadsheet contains, or who you emailed.

Do Not Track

Organisation admins and Havaron consultants can designate specific applications as "Do Not Track". When an application is added to this list, FlowLens stops recording any activity for that application entirely — including focus time. Employees are not able to modify the Do Not Track list; this is a control held by the organisation.

03

What We Never Collect

The following data categories are explicitly excluded from FlowLens and will never be collected under any circumstance:

FlowLens is designed so that even Havaron employees cannot access individual employee data directly — all data is scoped to the organisation's account and accessible only to the organisation's designated consultant and admin.

04

Data collected by FlowLens is used exclusively for the following purposes:

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than those listed above. We do not display advertisements on havaronai.com or in FlowLens.

By purchasing a FlowLens engagement, installing the FlowLens software, or accessing havaronai.com, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

Licence Grant

Subject to payment of the applicable engagement fee, Havaron grants the organisation a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use FlowLens on the number of machines corresponding to the purchased seat pack during the engagement period. The software remains the exclusive property of Havaron Pte. Ltd.

You must obtain appropriate consent or have a lawful basis for monitoring employees before deploying FlowLens, in accordance with applicable employment and data protection law in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Use

Payment & Refunds

Engagement fees are fixed and payable in full at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable after the installer has been delivered and the engagement has commenced, except in the case of material defect in the software. For disputes, contact hello@havaronai.com within 7 days of the issue arising.

Limitation of Liability

Havaron's total liability to the organisation under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total engagement fees paid by the organisation in the 12 months preceding the claim. Havaron shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Havaron retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated pattern data to improve its products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active organisation admins by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of FlowLens after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
